Ticket Sales and Services: Client Retention/Customer Service
Status: Non-Exempt
Job Overview: The Manager, Client Services will work directly with the Director of Premium Services to manage and service Personal Seat License (PSL) Holders and to provide service excellence to all guests, fans, clients and partners.

  • Provide service excellence to all guests and fans with a focus on servicing PSL Holderson a year-round basis
  • Oversee game day and event day responsibilities and provide leadership to service staff; regularly evaluate progress, performance, effective use of materials, energy, capital, and assets daily, weekly and monthly to determine productivity and address issues as needed
  • Direct and execute the business plans as they pertain to the personal seat license (PSL) retention efforts
  • Manage and service assigned PSL holder account relationships 
  • Track and ensure that all account information is accurate and consistently update notes of client interactions within databases
  • Ensure and document service excellence for all clients and partners 
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of retention forecasting and tracking program
  • Assist in the creation, implementation and execution of all PSL initiatives throughout the calendar year
  • Actively communicate, inform and assist PSL holders with any pertinent information regarding their accounts, experiences and activity throughout the year
  • Collaborate with all New York Giants and Stadium departments regarding fan-facing initiatives and procedures to ensure service excellence on a year round basis
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned 
Required Qualifications:
  • A four-year college degree in Business, Sales, Service or Marketing, or other related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience in sports marketing, hospitality industry, promotions and events or related industry
  • An understanding and ability to provide superior customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and in teams and to demonstrate innovation and initiative
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment
  • The ability and desire to work long and flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)
