Job Overview: 
The New York Giants are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Client Services Manager.  The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling commitments with sponsors and others as well as, client relationship management.  The Giants are in search of a professional, self-motivated, positive individual, who works well as part of a team and who is expected to be an ambassador for the Giants.  The Client Services Manager will report to the Director, Client & Event Services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following, along with such other and further duties and responsibilities as are assigned from time-to-time: 
Partnership Activation
Proactively manage all aspects of various Giants sponsorship agreements (exact partners TBD) as follows:
  • Develop profitability ratio and manage contracts according to budget.
  • Partner with the sales lead on overall partnership strategy and activation.
  • Manage partnerships to ensure that all contractual elements are provided; this includes, but is not limited to cultivate positive internal and external working relationships, study and learn the business goals and initiatives of each partner, etc.    

 Game Day
  • Supervise and execute all aspects of partnership activation as it pertains to game day assets to be delivered to partners. This includes, but is not limited to hosting pre-game field visits with partners, execution of gameday partner promotions, etc.   

  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of event service, partnership marketing and/or sponsorship.
  • Candidate should possess excellent time management, communication and organizational skills to effectively manage a large volume of tasks and accounts, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook) 
  • Candidate should possess both the personal and communication skills to conduct face-to-face presentations.
