Position Summary
Support Guest Services management in the execution of all events and day-to-day stadium operations, including team member and guest communication and service recovery. Provide operational support to the Guest Services team of more than 600 part-time employees. This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the Radio Room, Uniform Room, and Prize Room operations, including associated storage areas, inventory, equipment, and distribution processes.

Essential Functions
- Work large-scale events (i.e., concerts, soccer, NFL, etc.) and serve as Manager on Duty for select smaller events (i.e., state fair, college graduations, high school football, etc.), as assigned.
- Ensure the building is clean and well maintained to provide guests with the best possible entertainment experience.
- Provide a high level of customer service to guests of both NFL teams, while maintaining absolute neutrality on all team issues, and protecting confidentiality of each team’s information.
- Support Guest Services divisions as needed, including Team Member Experience, Guest Experience, Premium Services, and Cleaning Operations.
- Assist with training and development of event staff.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of team member incentive programs and events.
- Provide support for guest and employee hotline calls and post-event correspondence.
- Communicate professionally and effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior management, ownership, stakeholders, and stadium guests.
- Uniform, Equipment, and Inventory Management
- Manage inventory of event staff uniforms, radios, and equipment.
- Conduct post-event inventory reconciliation of uniforms, radios, and equipment, as well as comprehensive annual inventory assessments.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of uniforms, radios, equipment, and supplies.
- Monitor and track uniform inventory using ABI Inventory Software.
- Develop, implement, and oversee processes for the distribution of uniforms and assignment of team member lockers.
- Ensure required records, including credit card information for checked-out uniforms, are maintained accurately
- Coordinate the recovery and return of uniforms, radios, and other equipment from separating or inactive team members.
- Serve as liaison with uniform vendors to ensure service expectations and departmental needs are met.
- Process and reconcile invoices related to uniform, radio, equipment, and supply orders.
- Assist with uniform and radio budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Schedule Radio Room and Uniform Room staff and approve payroll.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The employee should have:
- Associates Degree (A.A.) in communications, public relations, or related field required
- 1-2 years related management experience with Customer Service skills in a public facility, such as a stadium, hospital, hospitality, or entertainment venue.
- Strong Customer-service skills and polished professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Required knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Aware Manager and ABI preferred
- Human Resources experience a plus
- Strong Communication and Office skills

- Mobility & Access: Regularly required to move throughout the stadium.
- Stairs & Vertical Access: Frequently required to climb stairs. Use of elevators may not always be feasible during live event operations.
- Standing & Movement: Required to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lifting & Equipment Handling: Frequently required to lift, carry, push, and/or move broadcast, audio-visual, and production equipment up to approximately 50 pounds.
- Working at Heights: Required to work occasionally at elevated positions.
- Environmental Conditions: Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor stadium environments and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, precipitation).
- Noise Levels: May be exposed to elevated noise levels during live events, requiring the ability to safely operate in high-noise environments.
Work Environment:
- Employee will be required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays due to the unique Stadium schedule.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, however, during events the noise level may be loud.
