About the Internship:
MetLife Stadium — home to the New York Giants and New York Jets — is offering an exciting Broadcast Internship for Summer 2026. This unpaid opportunity is open to students who will be enrolled as college juniors or seniors by September 2026, as well as post-graduate students with an interest in broadcasting, live production, and sports or entertainment operations.

Internship Dates:
May 2026 through August 2026
(Minimum of 2 days per week + scheduled stadium events)

What You'll Learn:
The Broadcast Internship at MetLife Stadium offers hands-on, experiential learning that integrates classroom theory with practical application in a high-paced, real-world environment. Interns will gain insight into the technical and operational aspects of live sports and entertainment broadcasting at one of the premier stadiums in the country.

Interns will be involved in a variety of tasks including (but not limited to):
  • Maintenance, setup, and organization of professional broadcast equipment
  • Support during stadium events with occasional supervision of contracted broadcast staff
  • Minor video and audio engineering tasks
  • Management of inventory, databases, and technical documentation

Equipment & Systems You'll Work With:
  • Broadcast Cameras
  • EVS (Instant Replay) Systems
  • Production Switchers
  • Audio Mixing Consoles
  • Video Playback Machines
  • Commercial Insertion Software
  • Q-Sys AV Software and Remote Devices
  • Microphones, cables, and auxiliary AV gear

What We're Looking For:
  • Be enrolled as a college junior or senior by September 2026, or be a post-graduate student.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Solid people skills and a professional demeanor
  • Enthusiasm for learning broadcast operations and supporting live productions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive attitude and willingness to follow MetLife Stadium policies and procedures

Schedule:
This internship includes weekday office hours (2 days/week minimum) plus stadium events, which may occur on evenings, weekends, and holidays. A work schedule will be shared at least one week in advance.

Additional Details:
  • Unpaid internship
  • Academic credit is optional and can be arranged through your university
  • We offer feedback, evaluations, and weekly progress reports as required by academic programs
  • On-site internship (no remote option)
