JOB SUMMARY:
Under the guidance of the Director of Premium Experience, the Premium Experience Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with all premium account holders including Suites, Loge Boxes and Club Seats. Providing a high level of customer service and creating positive experiences for all guests will be of highest priority for this team member. They will become an expert in all aspects of Rams Premium Seating and serve as a main point of contact for all premium account holders. During the 2019 season, the coordinator will be responsible for the overall maintenance and service of Suites, Loge Boxes and Club Seats at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum (LAMC).  Starting in the 2020 season, this person will be an integral part of the Premium Experience team that will create and deliver a world-class premium experience.  


ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage 2019 Premium Seating Accounts including Suites, Loge Boxes and Club Seats.
  • Oversee all 2020 Club Seat Accounts who are not 2019 Rams Season Ticket Members and begin introductions and touchpoints prior to 2020 season.
  • Assist in creating a touchpoint program that defines the overall premium experience, including new experiences and gifting program.
  • Must be able to forecast client needs and establish a year-round relationship with all clients.
  • Communicate frequently with Director, Premium Experience and Suite Services Manager to ensure consistency of service standards and communication
  • Assist in managing and fulfilling premium seating inventory and included assets (parking, pregame field, away game trips)
  • On gamedays, manage service standards for all premium products and areas.  Serve as the main point of contact for clients to ensure all needs are met and their gameday experience is unrivaled.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least two years of experience in premium service role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Perform game day responsibilities, including client and prospect visits
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able to work all Los Angeles Rams home games.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks & projects
  • Computer skills emphasizing Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Archtics experience preferred.
