The Los Angeles Chargers 50/50 Raffle Seller will play a crucial role within the organization’s game day operations. During all home games in 2019, 50/50 raffle tickets will be sold to fans with 50% of proceeds going to the winner and 50% of the proceeds benefiting a charitable partner. This position requires an outgoing, high-energy and enthusiastic personality, as sellers will be asked to approach fans attending home games at ROKiT Field at Dignity Health Sports Park.

Sell 50/50 raffle tickets to fans at NINE (9) Los Angeles Chargers home games during the 2019 Season: 
  • 8/18 vs Saints (Preseason)
  • 8/24 vs Seahawks (Preseason)
  • 9/8 vs Colts
  • 9/22 vs Texans
  • 10/6 vs Broncos
  • 10/13 vs Steelers
  • 11/3 vs Packers
  • 12/15 vs Vikings
  • 12/21 or 22 vs Raiders (TBD)
*game dates subject to change*
*must be available for 2 hr paid training prior to first raffle (tentatively 8/10)*

Comfortably, competently and reliably handle large cash transactions, credit card machines and the sale and distribution of 50/50 raffle tickets throughout your work shift in compliance with applicable rules and regulations. 
  • Work to engage fans and staff to spread awareness of the 50/50 raffle program’s mission to support a charitable partner. 
  • Problem solve quickly and efficiently. Answer questions fans may have about the 50/50 raffle program. 
  • Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding designated sales goals per game. 
  • Manage pre-game set up for designated raffle tablets. 

  • Must be a team player with a commitment to relationship building
  • Previous 50/50 sales experience strongly preferred
  • Previous cash handling experience
  • Ability to interact positively with large fan base and work independently
  • Self-starter who will consistently strive to increase their individual 50/50 raffle ticket sales
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sales skills; a background in sales or marketing is strongly encouraged
  • Candidate must be willing to work nights and weekends as necessary. Shifts are approximately 7 hours each and take place at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, CA.
  • Must be able to stand/walk up and down stairs and for long periods of times. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable an individual with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • The position is contingent upon completion of a criminal background check and credit check.
