About the Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional football team and a member of the National Football League’s AFC South Division. The Jaguars are one of the NFL’s youngest franchises, playing their first regular season home game on September 3, 1995 in Jacksonville, Fla., and have since won four division titles. The Jaguars are owned by Shahid Khan, a visionary leader whose businesses include Flex-N-Gate, Fulham Football Club, All Elite Wrestling, Bold Events and Iguana Investments. Since 2012, Mr. Khan’s impact on the Northeast Florida community has exceeded $500 million, including charitable giving through the Jaguars Foundation, capital improvements to EverBank Stadium and the creation of Daily’s Place, which hosts upwards of 40 concerts a year. The Jaguars and Iguana Investments recently opened the state-of-the-art Sports Performance Center (Miller Electric Center), which now houses all of football operations for the Jaguars, including players, coaches and other personnel. Over the next several years, the Jaguars and Iguana Investments will complete Phase 1 of the Shipyards, a reimagination of the riverfront which will include a Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, an office building and modernized marina, as well as begin additional projects to transform the area around the stadium into a year-round, mixed-use sports and entertainment district.

Summary
The Account Manager, Partnership Activations will be responsible for the day-to-day management of select corporate partnership accounts, their activation, and traffic management related to the Jacksonville Jaguars and Daily’s Place. This position plays a key role in managing high profile relationships and assuring a quality experience for our clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationship between the Jacksonville Jaguars and select Jacksonville Jaguars and Daily’s Place partners
- Execute and fulfill multiple partnership agreements
- Manage distribution of fulfillment guides and continue appropriate follow up to ensure sponsor assets are received and delivered
- Manage distribution of end of the year recaps for select partners so that each partner has a comprehensive and unique summary of their previous year’s inventory and bonus inventory
- Maintain sponsorship database and compile reports
- Work with other departments to ensure proper sponsor execution
- Understand rate card and maintain ongoing knowledge of available inventory
- Develop customized sponsorship programs using inventory to generate net revenue and meet the needs of clients
- Able to run promotional marketing campaign, from conception to execution and evaluation
- Identify new ways of generating incremental revenue / minimizing expenses for the organization
- Lead renewal discussions for select corporate partners
- Act as the liaison between corporate partners and outside vendors
- Traffic assets for multiple partners across TV, radio, and/or digital/social media
Job Requirements
Required
- College degree in Sports Marketing, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of sponsorship sales processes and goals
- Self-motivated with high-energy customer relations drive
- Exceptional oral communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills, including the aptitude to compose effective correspondence tailored to each relationship; proven ability to correctly use punctuation and grammar.
- Ability to problem solve and be solution oriented
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to work with other departments on integrating sponsor needs and requests
- Ability to work some evenings, weekends and holidays, based on business needs and events
Preferred
- Minimum of three years experience activating sports sponsorships
