Summary/Objective: 
This position supports the Creative Design Manager, Graphic Designer and all other business units in the creation and production of graphic design and creative services for the Green Bay Packers. This is a paid, full-time internship and entails 40+ hours during the work week (Monday–Friday).

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop/resize creative for ads, print collateral, packaging, logos, signage, web ads, social graphics, email, etc. 
  2. Maintain Packers brand guidelines and logo usage. 
  3. Ensure the Packers brand is always portrayed in a proper manner.
  4. Work collaboratively with others in the Brand & Marketing Department.
  5. Present creative work to Creative Design Manager as well Graphic Designer.
  6. Utilize the internal graphic request system.
  7. Handle calls and assists with planning and coordination of various projects with vendor partners.
  8. File and organize samples, folders, photos, etc.
  9. Takes notes and preparation of meeting notes and action steps.
  10. Develop relationships with internal clients to handle routine correspondence.
  11. Assist with administrative needs of department.
  12. Other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree with graphic design major or equivalent (prefer college student or recent college graduate).
  2. Must be self-motivated and independent and able to work well with the creative team.
  3. Must be a team player, willing to grow and take creative direction.
  4. Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
  5. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge and Acrobat). Experience with Dreamweaver and Flash for web applications a plus. Must also be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
  6. Experience with a sports franchise, college sports department, or sports environment helpful.
  7. Excellent writing, proofreading, communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work within a high-profile organization, are essential to position. 
  8. Ability to identify and navigate workflow issues is critical. 
  9. Needs to be able to work collaboratively with all peers and possess a willingness to handle routine tasks. 
  10. Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time with tight deadlines in a 
fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers.
Ability to work extra hours as needed. At times, may include working gamedays.
 
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  1. Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  2. Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time. 
  3. Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
  4. Operates in a professional office environment.
  5. Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
