Position Summary:  
The Associate Account Manager will support the Account Manager with all branded merchandise needs. This person is a self-starter with strong drive to work hard and excel. This individual will also be responsible for managing and establishing strong relationships with 81Eighty customers and internal team. The Associate Account Manager reports directly to the Senior Business Manager.  
 
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Account Manager, Buyer, and Demand Planner to develop seasonal line plans based on data driven analytics, assists in managing open to buy, and partner with Account Manager on all client facing meetings
  • Support Account Manager with managing basics business needs for Branded Merchandise and provide strategic solutions to meet customer requirements 
  • Point-of-contact between client and 81Eighty team, delivering a high-level of customer service to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction
  • Provide direction and lead collaborative strategy with Buyer, Demand planner, Marketing Coordinator, E-commerce Manager, Operations, and Production Coordinator on product offerings and client requests
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of programs from initial request to delivery of products with 81Eighty team
  • Achieve annual or seasonal-based revenue goals while hitting profit margins
  • Support Account Manager in all branded merchandise events, pop up shops, and HQ store needs
  • Conduct weekly and monthly calls with customer to review product performance, activation performance, and program status updates
  • Provide ad hoc reports to support customer’s needs and requests

Position Qualifications: 
  • 2-4 years of sales experience in branded merchandise or ASI sales
  • Project management skill, ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Positive team player with a can-do attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communicator
  • Proven ability to create strong client relationships
  • Excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, organized and detail oriented
  • Self-starter, driven individual who thrives in client-facing sales positions
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary)
  • Job location will be at The Star in Frisco, TX
