Suites & Premium Hospitality Intern (Full-Time Seasonal Jun-Feb)

 Summary
The Suites & Premium Hospitality Intern will contribute to providing a world-class experience for Bengals suite partners, members, and ticket purchasers by supporting sales and service efforts of the Fan Development department. This includes communicating directly with patrons and providing administrative and research support to other Bengals staff.

The ideal candidate has proven successful experience providing customer service to premium-level patrons, is proficient in CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint, is well-organized, demonstrates strong work ethic, and communicates in a warm and professional manner. Sports experience is preferred. 

This is an in-office full-time seasonal position, running from June 1 through February 28 of the following year, with on-site responsibilities for all Training Camp days, partner and member events, and all home games - including preseason, regular season, and postseason.

 Responsibilities
       Suite, Premium & Membership Sales & Service Support (Football/Concerts)
o        Research assistance, including but not limited to researching prospective suite partners and members
o        Assist with data management (Microsoft Dynamics, Kore, Activate) such as maintaining client information, notes, service records, cases and gifting
o        Assist in sales preparations including, but not limited to editing components of proposals and sales decks using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and/or PowerPoint
§       Ability to create graphs/charts to help depict research or metrics a plus
o        Answer patron calls, emails, and other correspondence as needed
o        Corporate Partnerships Suite: game day preparation for suite, including adding headshots, sending tickets, emailing recaps of attendees and next steps to close business per feedback from sales team
o        SRO ticket payment collection
o        Assist in preseason orientation materials for game day staff
o        Update and prepare new ticket training guides, stadium maps, suite handbooks, etc.

         Training Camp
o        Set up/tear down of VIP partner area / partner activations
o        Assist in managing VIP invite list, sending VIP invitations, organize RSVPs
o        Check-in and fulfillment of VIP and Friends & Family guest list
o        Monitor VIP and F&F activations and ensure guests are accommodated 
o        Assist with facilitating autograph session following practice
o        Assist with Partner Signing Day and Back Together Weekend

         Gameday preparations for Suites, Hospitality, Ticketing 
o        Assist with organization of hospitality & gameday-related assets
o        Prepare promotional materials for suite inserts (in-suite sponsor promotions)
o        Prepare security credentials and lanyards
o        Prepare suites for game day (facilities checks, gifting drops, etc.)

         Gameday support for Suites, Hospitality, Ticketing
o        Assist suite and ticket holders during concerts and game days when necessary to ensure they receive the best experience; coordinating with other internal teams as necessary
o        Ensure suites are gameday ready (clean, gifts and suite inserts are properly placed and all findings during the week’s inspection have been addressed)
o        Escort Bengals Legend through suites at halftime
o        Set up/tear down of VIP Club Parties
o        Escort Ben-Gals and Who Dey to suites, when applicable
o        Assist with pregame sideline access check-in and credential distribution
o        Assist with post-game field access

         Hospitality, Events, and Benefit support
o        Assist with planning and executing Fan Development events (including, but not limited to, STREAK All-Access, STREAK 1 Welcome, Suite Partner Season Kick-off, Training Camp STREAK days and VIP tent, Back Together Weekend, Who Dey’s Halloween, STREAK Wholidey Party, stadium events, Draft party, Back Together Weekend, etc.)
o        Assist in the procurement & distribution of suite partner and member gifts
o        Appear as Who Dey (mascot) from time to time as requested
 
Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s degree preferred (typically new graduate or graduating senior)
·         Professional and warm verbal and written communicator
·         Well-organized
·         Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, CRM experience preferred
·         Previous internship experience, sports experience preferred
