POSITION SUMMARY
The Cincinnati Bengals are seeking a polished and results-driven Senior Manager, Suite Sales to generate premium seating revenue through the sale of luxury suites and related premium hospitality products at Paycor Stadium. This role is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and maintaining first-class relationships with corporate decision-makers and high-net-worth individuals to drive both new revenue and long-term retention.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record of prospecting, closing high-value sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The CRM Manager will report to the Director of Fan Acquisition & Development while collaborating with the Corporate Partnerships team to surface upsell opportunities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate Revenue
- Achieve and exceed annual suite and premium hospitality revenue goals through renewals and new business development, including multi-year, single-season, and single game agreements
- Generate new business through outbound touchpoints, networking, events, referrals, in-person meetings, and community engagement
- Conduct sales presentations and stadium tours for qualified prospective clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Bengals premium, ticketing, and corporate partnerships portfolio
Develop Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business decisionmakers throughout the region
- Serve as a trusted advisor to premium clients by understanding their business goals and entertainment objectives
- Partner with internal service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention
- Maintain regular communication with clients to maximize account value and identify future opportunities
Support Strategy
- Support team lead generation and qualification, including through digital platforms and touchpoints
- Stay current with market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of professional sports and premium hospitality experience trends
- Provide ongoing internal feedback on suite and premium partner experience
Administrative
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently move opportunities through the sales cycle, logging all touchpoints and updated forecasting in CRM
- Adhere to departmental sales processes, pricing strategies, and organizational policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional verbal and written communicator with polished executive presence working with corporate leaders and high-net-worth individuals
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- 5+ years of successful sales experience; preferably in sports, premium hospitality, luxury products, B2B sales, or high-end service industries
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent professional experience; business degree preferred
- Experience diligently managing opportunities and tracking activities through a CRM platform
- Knowledge of professional sports and premium hospitality trends preferred
- Established business network within the Cincinnati and regional corporate community preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays as required by the event schedule
