Summary
The Fan Development Event Intern is a part-time, seasonal position in which you will contribute to the Fan Development team’s goal of providing world-class experiences and customer service to Cincinnati Bengals season ticket members on gamedays and other event days.
Responsibilities
Cincinnati Bengals Fan Development Interns will assist with various efforts to provide world class experiences for fans at all home games – including preseason, regular season, and postseason – and other non-gameday events.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Providing fans with exceptional service through verbal and written communications (i.e. face-to-face, phone, email, SMS, webchat), including in-venue on event days
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the fan experience to provide precise and complete information to fans • Assist with evaluating, documenting, and communicating any concerns in suites and premium spaces before games, including during the week before home games
• Assist with experiential benefit fulfillment, including fan postgame field access • Helping fans and event staff with mobile ticketing at gate entrances
• Support gameday and special event set up and tear down
• Assist with fan surprise-and-delights • Assist with gameday presentation and corporate partnership activations • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with fans for CRM
• Sharing fan and observational feedback with leadership to help enhance the fan experience
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Available to work at Paycor Stadium for 8 hours on all home gamedays – including preseason, regular season, and playoffs – and concerts and other events. This includes nights, holidays, weekends, and weekdays.
• Polished communication and customer service skills, showing passion for helping provide fans with exceptional experiences
• Demonstrated ability to retain detailed information
• Flexible, with the ability to multi-task and improvise in a dynamic and fast-paced live event environment
• Detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects • Experience with CRM and Ticketmaster Archtics preferred
• Live within driving distance of Paycor Stadium
• Undergraduate, recent graduate, or the equivalent in work experience
• Must be 18 years or older *This is a roughly 8-month internship commitment, starting as early as May and ending at the conclusion of the home game season.
