2026 Corporate Partnership Team Internship
June 2026- February 2027 (9 months)
· Ideal candidate: New college graduate who exhibits excellent organization and communication skills with previous internship experience
· Expected hours: Avg. 40 hours/week
o Must be able to attend all home games, including preseason, regular season & post-season
o Required to work several partnership events & activations outside of gamedays & normal business hours
· Compensation: $15/hour (includes parking pass & food on gamedays)
Responsibilities
· Account Management Support
o Recap and proof of performance support throughout the season for all partners, including requesting and organizing metrics from various teams (social, website, etc.) so the information is readily available for Activation & Sales teams
o Organize and file proof of performance images, videos and metrics
o Ability to create graphs/charts to help depict metrics/data is a plus
o CRM database management (Kore & Activate), including maintaining client information, partnership notes and latest industry news
o Monitor partner asset upload & delivery; coordinate with Account Managers upon asset delivery and assist with proper file organization
o Coordinate sponsorship/prospect mailings (autographed merchandise, etc.)
o Assist in creation of preseason orientation materials for gameday staff
· Events & Hospitality
o Day-to-day collaboration with staff to plan and execute partner events (i.e. training camp VIP tent, off-site partner activations & community events, Draft party, etc.)
o Saturday Private Practice organization & facilitation
o Partner/vendor on-site delivery facilitation
o Appear as Who Dey (mascot) on occasion as requested
· Sales Team Support
o Assist with sales research on prospective clients, activation ideas and statistics from various platforms to help build compelling stories backed by data
o Assist with document preparation including proposals, sales decks and client briefs
· Game Week
o Assist with preparation & organization of game day-related assets (partner activations, Pregame at the Banks, VIP hospitality, etc.)
o Prepare promotional materials, security credentials and lanyards
· Game Day
o Help lead team of 10 gameday workers to ensure they know their assigned position & duties throughout pregame to post-game
o Set up/tear down of Pregame at the Banks, Who Dey Deck, Jungle Lounge & Field Club
o Distribute gameday staff security badges
o Escort Ben-Gals and Who Dey to various partner sponsored pregame activations
o Assist with pregame sideline access check-in and credential distribution
o Assist with post-game field access
o VIP Guest field escorting
