 The Cincinnati Bengals are a franchise in the AFC North Division of the National Football League. The Bengals were founded in 1968 by Paul Brown, a legendary figure in the history of American football, and have made 3 Super Bowl appearances in their history. 

 POSITION OVERVIEW: 
This is a multi-faceted position that works to maximize the Bengals sales and brand efforts. This position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and execution of several of the club’s sponsorship and media assets including, but not limited to, radio, television, print media, signage, digital media, events and game day activations. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
·         Manage advertising elements of Bengals Radio Broadcasts including collecting/trafficking spots and features, managing affiliate relationships and identifying content-based sales opportunities Game Day Broadcast 
·         Weekly Shows (Bengals Line, Bengals Game Plan & Bengals Pep Rally) 
·         Manage advertising elements of Bengals Preseason & Weekly Television Broadcasts including, collecting/trafficking spots and features, managing affiliate relationships and identifying content-based sales opportunities Preseason Broadcasts 
·         Weekly Shows (Bengals Weekly & Bengals Breakdown) 
·         Manage bengals.com banner ad inventory, including trafficking, managing rotation schedule and reporting/analytics 
·         Manage all elements of Bengals print materials including collecting creative assets from clients and internal team, managing vendor relationships and distribution/installation of final printed materials. 
·         Collection and trafficking of all Bengals non-digital signage inventory and managing vendor relationships. 
·         Oversee the execution of various promotional assets, including autographed merchandise, appearances, in-stadium displays, etc. 
·         Oversee sponsored elements on digital media including bengals.com (including promotions page) and e-newsletters (i.e. inclusions, custom & partner perks). 
·         Facilitate elements of Bengals events including Draft Party, Training Camp, etc. (work to determine communication plan, marketing plan, event logistics, etc.) 
·         Coordination with sales staff to provide necessary inventory details to help build sponsorship proposals, handbooks and sponsorship proof of performance recaps. 

REQUIREMENTS: 
·         1-2 years of experience in the sports business industry 
·         Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Communications, Marketing or Management • 
           Independent, positive and self-motivated with an ability to effectively multi-task, establish priorities, meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment 
·         Commitment to excellence that reflects creativity and flexibility 
·         Highly organized with above-average attention to detail 
·         Strong recap and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and network affiliates 
·         Strong proficiency in KORE, Activate (or other sponsorship fulfillment tool), Dynamics 365 and Office 365 including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. 
·         Familiarity with Skyview Network’s AdView Inventory Management, AdBook and Audacity 
·         Not required but a plus for experience in Adobe Creative Cloud Design (Photoshop & Illustrator, especially). 
·         Willingness to work non-traditional schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
