Ticket Sales and Services: Client Relations/Customer Service
The Account Manager, Season Ticket Member Services will report to the Manager, Season Ticket Member Services and will be focused on the long-term retention and growth of our Season Ticket Members.  This involves successfully securing renewal commitments from Season Ticket Members and providing a high level of customer service with the goal of growing account holder relationships with the Cincinnati Bengals. 

  • Maximize Season Ticket Member renewal percentage by providing outstanding customer service to assigned accounts via all touch points
  • Responsible for a new business sales goal that is obtained by generating referrals, upselling current accounts, groups and party suites
  • Meet and exceed established annual renewal and sales goals
  • Continually create and implement unique service strategies, ideas and programs as a means of retaining Season Ticket Members                                           
  • Contribute positively to the team culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members
  • Participate and contribute to Service team meetings and training sessions
  • Educate account base on Membership benefits
  • Update and maintain accurate records in CRM regarding all renewals, touch points and sales
  • Maintain account database on Archtics Ticketing System
  • Manage and address all Season Ticket Member inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
  • Convey clear, accurate information to all Season Ticket Members
  • Attend, plan and participate in STM events, experiences and other benefits
  • Visit Season Ticket Members on game days to build and maintain relationships
  • Game day duties include: in-seat visits to Season Ticket Members; executing STM events and game day experiences and addressing any Season Ticket Member problems or concerns

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year of sport sales & service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively deal with a wide range of people
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to function in fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to navigate the Stadium in order to visit clients during home games and escort Season Ticket Members around the facility on both game days and non-game days
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
