JOB SUMMARY: The Denver Broncos are seeking a dynamic and creative Game Entertainment Coordinator to join our team. As the Game Entertainment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the fan experience at our home games by coordinating all aspects of game-day entertainment and ensuring the execution of engaging and memorable experiences for fans of all ages.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the planning of Broncos game day entertainment and presentation by:

  • Helping with the booking and scheduling of all entertainment, including national anthem performers, flyovers, color guards, pre-game and halftime shows, special guests/ honorees, sponsor contests, on-field presentations and promotions, and other game day entertainment needs.
  • Coordinating game day logistics. This includes entertainment transportation, tickets, parking, credentials, meals, equipment storage, staging areas, pre-game rehearsal schedule, and more.
  • Assisting in the scripting and timing of all in-game elements including sponsorship content, halftime, pregame and on-field presentations
  • Coordinating entertainment team tryouts including Orange Rush flag runners
  • Work with the Game Entertainment Manager and the Game Entertainment committee to evaluate Fan Feedback, Voice of the Fan, and internal survey scores to adjust our Game Presentation strategy to provide the best experience for our fans.
  • Creating detailed documents and equipment lists outlining entertainment plans for home games to be distributed and executed by gameday staff and entertainment teams.
  • Assisting the Game Entertainment Manager in the development and management of annual department budgets
  • Cultivating effective relationships with the Marketing Department and other departments within the organization in order to properly promote initiatives, goals, and events.

Assist in the execution of Broncos Game Day by:

  • On-field producer for all game day entertainment, including pre-game presentations, player introductions, sponsor promotions, flyovers, and halftime activities.
  • Serving as the game day liaison for entertainment teams such as the Orange Rush flag runners, ThunderStorm, and mascot Miles, ensuring these teams are integrated into Game and Event Presentation plans in a meaningful, strategic, and effective manner.
  • Running point on operational needs for back of house, locker room allocations and staff meals for all home games. 

Aid in coordinating production and stage management at Broncos signature events as assigned (Draft Party, etc.)

Perform various other duties as assigned from time to time by Game Entertainment Manager or Chief Marketing Officer.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited 4-year college
  • The ability and desire to work long, flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays plus all Broncos home games and major events.
  • Must be a positive team player with strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain professional working relationships with executives, entertainers, and athletes.
  • Desire to learn and advance knowledge and skills.
  • Familiarity with Office computer software including a strong knowledge of Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be highly motivated, with strong communication, business, organizational, and customer-service oriented skills.
  • The candidate must be energetic, responsible, and extremely detail oriented.
 
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITY

  • 2+ years’ experience with a sports team at a professional or collegiate level
  • Knowledge of the NFL gameday experience.
  • Ability to travel (domestic and international) as required.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
