The Pick Module Senior Lead plays a key role in executing daily warehouse operations and leading team members in order picking, replenishment support, and inventory accurate work processes to support both eCommerce and wholesale fulfillment. This role is responsible for ensuring work is performed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining high engagement and quality standards. The Senior Lead serves as a hands-on leader, providing guidance, coaching, and day-to-day support to both full-time and seasonal employees to help keep teams engaged and on task. This position must also be capable of leading and performing work in other warehouse departments as needed. The Senior Lead serves as a backup to the Pick Module Department Manager as needed. Performance will be reviewed annually against established metrics and KPIs to support growth, development, and continued success in the role.
Job Duties:
- Lead by example in all safety practices, actively participating in front-line initiatives and the Emergency Response Team (ERT) to reinforce a strong culture of safety awareness.
- Manage team productivity, provide timely feedback and recognition, and escalate performance or conduct issues to manager, as needed.
- Track order statuses, prioritize orders by SLA and shipping requirements, and resolve inventory issues.
- Train, coach, and assess team members on pick module procedures and equipment
- Support onboarding and ongoing development programs.
- Delegate tasks and goals effectively to leads and team members, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Foster engagement, motivation, and collaboration across full-time and seasonal staff.
- Drive and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance people, processes, and performance.
- Use real-time data to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
- Contribute to process improvements, SOP adherence, and training program enhancements.
- Attend operational meetings, alignment sessions, and one-on-one touchpoints to provide updates on performance, staffing, and process improvements.
- Perform all functions of hourly team members and lead as needed.
- Serve as acting Department Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
- Perform additional duties and special projects assigned by the Leadership Team to support Ops success

Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous warehouse and/or administrative experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems (WMS).
- Ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple priorities.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift to 35 lbs. and work extended periods on the warehouse floor.
- Able to work M-F, 6 am. – 4 pm., or 3 pm-12 am with flexibility for irregular hours, as needed.
