The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing superior customer service in a fast-paced call center environment with the ability to keep information organized while handling several situations at once. This position is an outstanding opportunity for a detailed –oriented team player with a positive, enthusiastic, and strong customer focused mentality. Our Customer Service Representatives take incoming calls, emails, or chats from our customers who may have questions concerning lost packages, exchanges/returns, shipping information, billing and a variety of other concerns. They also assist our customers with ordering, sizing, checking availability and navigating our website.
Job Duties:
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Assist customers via phone and/or email and online chat to ensure they have the best possible experience
  • Able to give detailed feedback when following up with a customer
  • Able to be a part of the team where we drive a performance-based environment, metric driven by utilizing/analyzing real time data
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
  • Work effectively within a team-oriented environment
  • Drive continuous improvement to ensure quality standards are excellent
  • Ability to remain calm and focused during challenging customer interactions
  • Resolve customer issues with first call resolution in mind
  • Ability to make judgment decisions in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Retail Customer Service Manager
Education and Experience: 
  • High school diploma preferred
  • 1-3 years prior Customer Service experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
