Responsible for guiding current part time and seasonal employees toward meeting performance metrics. Coaches and develops employees to meet performance goals. Escalates to Manager for additional needs in performance and conduct management. Drives results through motivating and encouraging quality work from teammates. Level Lead reports to the Pick Mod Manager.

Job Duties:

  • Assigns diverts for pickers on that level, moving them as required by workflow
  • Hosts daily huddle to address previous day’s SRS report to encourage meeting goals and decrease quality issues
  • Helps troubleshoot any containers on that floor, RF moving inventory when needed
  • Partners with IQC via Compliance Audit Report to verify location’s inventory accuracy
  • Requests PC Transfer to accommodate location’s allocated quantities as needed, and adjusting inventory
  • Ensures all location boxes are clean and set flush among the shelves, respecting flue space
  • Keeps the trash line clear of obstructions and emptied frequently throughout their shift
  • Maintains a clean work environment and ensures trash cans are emptied and ladders are upright and in their designated place
  • Ensures their team maintains a clean work environment using Daily Lead Checklists
  • Sends daily communication to peers via Shift Handover Log
  • Participation in frontline Safety & Security program required
  • Any other tasks assigned by warehouse management team

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Requires strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
  • Able to work flexible hours
