Microsoft 365 Product Specialist
The Dallas Cowboys Football Club is seeking a highly motivated, user‑focused Microsoft 365 professional to join our Information Systems organization. This role blends technical expertise, critical thinking, and strong end-user engagement to deliver impactful Microsoft 365 solutions across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working directly with business partners, understands how technology drives outcomes, and can translate business needs into scalable, secure Microsoft 365 solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Serve as a trusted Microsoft 365 advisor, enabling business success through increased adoption, utilization, and user satisfaction
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and recommend practical M365 solutions
- Proactively manage expectations around scope, timelines, and outcomes through clear and consistent communication
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and improved user experiences
- Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and next steps; maintain clear and concise communication with stakeholders
- Design, plan, and execute the continued migration and evolution of Microsoft 365 across the organization
- Select, implement, and configure Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business needs and the existing technology landscape
- Modify and maintain global Microsoft 365 configurations while ensuring security, governance, and usability best practices
- Stay current with the Microsoft 365 roadmap and emerging features; assess impact and effectively communicate and deploy enhancements
- Prepare and maintain technical and end‑user documentation related to Microsoft 365 solutions and processes
- Design and deliver role-based Microsoft 365 trainings that build user capability and accelerate adoption
- Provide ongoing support and enablement to drive adoption and maximize value from M365 applications
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, translating technical concepts into clear business value
- Collect, prioritize, and manage Microsoft 365 system requests across the organization
- Coordinate and independently execute Microsoft 365 initiatives following the organizations PMO practices
- Communicate project requirements and dependencies to Technology and business stakeholders
- Coordinate efforts across Technology teams and enterprise users to ensure successful delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications
- Demonstrated strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences, and tailoring your communications appropriately depending on audience
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset with a strong desire to partner with others
- Proactive and forward‑thinking, with the ability to anticipate obstacles and develop solutions
- Customer‑focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Available to work standard office hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm)
- Available for flexible hours as needed, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
