The Mailroom Assistant is responsible for ensuring that all incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail is distributed correctly.  The Mailroom Assistant will interface with employees and executives, so the utmost professionalism is key.  The Mailroom Assistant reports to the Director of Player Development & the Mailroom Supervisor.

 

Job Duties: 

 

  • Sorting and distributing of mail and office supplies, including interoffice, USPS, Fed Ex and overnight mail to employees
  • Distributing mail/packages to Dallas Cowboys the Star location, as well as, AT&T Stadium and Dallas Cowboys Merchandising
  • Ordering and delivering paper and office supplies as necessary
  • Shipping packages and mail
  • Inputting and documenting Fed Ex and UPS shipment information
  • Processing mail through postage machine
  • Input and process fan packs

 

Seasonal Job Duties: 

 

  • Picking up and distributing tickets from the Ticket Office
  • Assisting in assembling player playbooks, when requested
  • Assist with delivery of all mail (FedEx, UPS, USPS) to employees who are away at training camp

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Professional communication skills
  • Basic-level knowledge of MS Office programs, including email and Internet familiarity
  • Driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
