The Coordinator of Corporate Partnerships Strategy & Insights supports the partnerships team by managing data platforms, analyzing partner performance metrics, and supporting the team with data driven reasoning for partnership success. This role will be positioned within the Corporate Partnerships Strategy team. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with market research tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Track, measure, and analyze specific partner metrics on syndicated and first-party data platforms.
  • Drive day-to-day management of partnership tracking platforms, including syndicated survey, broadcast valuation, social media valuation, earned media tools (e.g. YouGov, Vision Insights, MVPindex, Emplifi, Critical Mentions).
  • Support the Corporate Partnerships Sales team by using our resources to help educate a potential new or renewing partner on the size and power of our fanbase.
  • Support the Corporate Partnerships Marketing team with monthly, mid-season, and end-of-year reporting based on partner needs to help showcase ROI based on partner objectives.
  • Update evidence-based templates and category specific PowerPoint slides twice a year to keep the team well informed on the state of the fanbase.
  • Create and maintain own project management process around research requests to meet deadlines and expectations of Corporate Partnerships group.
  • Continually update compelling dashboard visualizations for key stakeholders via Tableau, Power BI, or other platforms that will allow the Corporate Partnership team to quickly find and access the data needed.
  • Track and report digital signage and media contracted inventory and bonus opportunities to the Corporate Partnerships team while ensuring accurate reporting and delivery against contractual obligations.
  • Stay up to date on partnership measurement abilities by learning about new software, platforms, and tools.
  • Support the annual evaluation and negotiation process for all third-party data and analytics partners.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in analytical or partnership focused role
  • Experience with YouGov, MVPindex, Emplifi, Vision Insights or other market research tools is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to perform analysis, and present research in an organized and timely manner to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Deep understanding of corporate partnership space and internal business needs
  • Strong time management and organizational skills. 
  • Able to work non-traditional hours. 
  • Must be highly self-motivated and adept at working both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Demonstrates flexibility and creative problem-solving skills. 
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
