Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-paced team. This role will assist in creating and executing client marketing campaigns, coordinating creative assets, managing email marketing, and helping drive traffic to our eCommerce platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a hands-on role in campaign development, photoshoot support, and calendar management.

Job Responsibilities:
•
Assist in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to increase eCommerce traffic and revenue.
•
Write copy for digital channels such as email, web banners, and occasionally for print materials.
•
Build, test, and send marketing emails via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
•
Report and track performance metrics following email sends and campaign launches
•
Coordinate with design and marketing teams to submit and manage creative requests
•
Provide visual direction and messaging for email, homepage, social media, and seasonal content updates.
•
Conduct seasonal trend research to inform marketing strategies and creative direction.
•
Create and maintain marketing calendars for multiple clients, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
•
Collaborate with product line managers, production, and eCommerce teams to ensure product availability for marketing features
•
Support lifestyle photoshoots including on-site coordination, sample prep, and logistics (10% travel required)
•
Join client meetings to review marketing calendars and secure campaign approvals
Requirements:
•
Familiarity with both traditional and digital marketing tools and platforms (preferred)
•
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while maintaining keen attention to detail
•
Knowledge of KPIs, email marketing best practices, and digital performance metrics
•
Proven ability to collaborate across departments and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•
Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment; able to maintain productivity through shifting priorities
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•
Travel flexibility for occasional photoshoots and on-site support (approx. 10%)
•
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and GA4 is a plus!
