Title: Post Clean Supervisor, Part Time/ All Shifts

Department: Stadium Services 

Reports to: Stadium Services Supervisor

Status: Part Time

Rate of Pay:  $30/hour.

 

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing temporary labor crews to clean the parking lots and the stadium after major events, under the guidance of the Stadium Services Supervisor & Stadium Services Coordinator. It is important that this position supports our green initiatives and assists in implementing waste sorting protocols to promote environmental sustainability.

 

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Lead and supervise a team of cleaners with a specific focus on implementing recycling programs and waste management strategies.
  2. Must be able to give clear and concise direction to a temporary labor crew of 15+ laborers.
  3. Labor management
  4. Motivate staff members. 
  5. Monitor and enforce recycling policies and procedures to minimize waste and promote environmental sustainability.
  6. Operate a Utility Vehicle (UTVs) and hauling a trailer full of waste bags.
  7. Maintain an organized vehicle of product (bags, latex gloves, cups, etc.).
  8. Accurately fill out labor ticket timecards.
  9. Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Must be able to work flexible hours.
  2. Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods of time, walk up/downstairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS):

  1. Ability to motivate and communicate effectively with staff and peers.
  2. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
  3. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for promoting cleanliness and sustainability initiatives.
  4. Flexible schedule to work weekends and weekday shifts.
