Job Title: Post Clean Supervisor (Part-Time)
Department: Stadium Services
Reports To: Stadium Services Supervisor
Status: Part-Time
Rate of Pay: $30/hour


Job Summary

The Post Clean Supervisor is responsible for leading temporary labor crews in post-event cleanup efforts, with a strong emphasis on implementing and overseeing recycling and waste diversion programs. This role supports the Stadium Services team and works closely with the Stadium Services Coordinator to promote environmental sustainability throughout stadium operations.


Essential Accountabilities

  1. Supervise and guide cleaning crews with a focus on sustainability and waste diversion.
  2. Provide clear direction to labor teams of 15+ workers.
  3. Manage labor resources efficiently to meet sustainability goals.
  4. Motivate team members and foster a culture of environmental responsibility.
  5. Enforce recycling and composting protocols to reduce landfill waste.
  6. Operate Utility Vehicles (UTVs) and haul trailers containing sorted waste.
  7. Maintain organized inventory of sustainability supplies (bags, gloves, bins, etc.).
  8. Accurately complete labor ticket timecards and sustainability tracking forms.
  9. Assist with data collection and reporting on waste diversion metrics.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects, standing for extended periods, navigating stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

  • Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in recycling, composting, or waste management preferred.
