JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Seasonal Assistant will directly assist with the day-to-day support of the Stadium Services Department with a wide range of projects related to recruiting, onboarding, and administrative support.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assist in the Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring process for Stadium Services Game Day Event Staff
- Data entry, basic reporting, and file management.
- Assist in facilitating Game Day Event staff training.
- Assist with scheduling stadium Services personnel.
- Maintain Staff call sheets and attendance history.
- Respond to employment inquiries in a timely manner.
- Perform organizational and special projects as assigned.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams required.
- Written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands by establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
