The Coordinator, Game Production & Events plays a key role in creating an unforgettable game day and event experience for thousands of fans. This role is responsible for supporting the planning, creation, execution of all Hamilton Tiger-Cat and Forge FC home matches, as well as any related events.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Act as Field Producer during all Hamilton Tiger-Cats home games and Forge FC home matches.
  • Manage planning documents such as timing sheets, inventory trackers, and content schedules.
  • Assist with content for both teams including but not limited to video, graphic design, and animation.
  • Identify and communicate with all third-party entertainment.
  • Work with Corporate Partnership department to execute all sold in-game inventory.
  • Work alongside all other departments to support their in-game initiatives.
  • Act as primary point of contact for all game day production staff.
  • Assist in the development of logistical plans for non-game related events such as community, season ticket holder, and fan festival events.
  • Responsible for the execution of all team related events.
  • Assist at various Community events as needed.
  • Weekend and evening work attendance will be required.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is an asset.
  • Photography, video, or graphic design experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian Premier League (CPL) and the Canadian Football League (CFL) is an asset.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Self-motivated and creative.
  • Coachable and collaborative.
  • Ability to work event-based schedule that includes nights, weekends, and extended hours.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a live entertainment or game presentation.
  • Detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Compensation:

  • Annualized salary of $35,000 to $40,000 prorated for the length of the contract.
