POSITION SUMMARY:
The Coordinator, Digital Marketing will play a critical role in executing and supporting digital marketing initiatives across the CFL and its nine clubs. This role is responsible for trafficking in-house and partner advertising through Google Ad Manager, coordinating promotional campaigns around marquee events, and supporting the execution of contesting. The position will manage incoming marketing requests via Jira, assist with reporting and analytics, and help maintain CFL.ca through ad-hoc website support.

This is a coordinator-level role best suited for a dynamic team player, with great communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

RESPONSBILITIES:
  • Manage partner and in-house ad trafficking in Google Ad Manager across the CFL Network- CFL.ca, LCF.ca and nine CFL Member Clubs
  • Execute promotional campaigns around marquee CFL games and events, working closely with content and design teams
  • Build, execute and fulfill free to play game contesting and ad-hoc CFL contesting requests
  • Receive, manage and fulfill digital marketing requests through Jira, ensuring submission details are accurate and deliverables are on schedule
  • Collaborate with nine CFL Member Clubs to share ad operations best practices, providing media kits and support documentation
  • Support in external digital and broadcast asset fulfilment with external media partners
  • Work with internal stakeholders to support in development of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, leveraging Google Looker and Google Analytics 
  • Assist in ad-hoc website management requests across CFL.ca 
  • Support general Marketing admin tasks
 
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media, email marketing, or analytics.  
  • Experience with ad-blocking and calendar management 
  • Experience with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Looker and Jira is an asset 
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability work effectively with cross-functional teams 
  • Self-motivated and passionate about delivering high quality work to drive the success of the league 
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and juggle multiple products 
  • Willingness to learn new tools and processes

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Hybrid Model: The incumbent will be required to attend the office in accordance to the CFL Hybrid Work Policy.  In addition, you are required to attend meetings and other business events at the office or other venues as business needs dictate.
  • Work Schedule: Due to the nature of the business, the incumbent must be available and willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required. 
  • Travel: Some travel may be required.
