The Marketing Coordinator supports brand and creative initiatives by coordinating projects, assisting with campaign execution, maintaining the team's website and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This role will handle day-to-day marketing tasks, provide administrative and creative support, and collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver high-quality brand experiences.   

Brand & Creative Support
• Assist with execution of brand strategy across digital, print, in-stadium, and partner channels.
• Coordinate asset development with designers, videographers, and external vendors.
• Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Help maintain and update brand documentation, guidelines, and logo packages.
• Conduct basic reviews of creative assets before Senior Brand Manager approval.

Campaign & Project Coordination
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Manage timelines, schedules, and deliverables for creative projects.
• Organize creative briefs, collect requirements from stakeholders, and track progress.
• Liaise with internal teams (game presentation, sponsorship, ticketing, communications) to
  support brand execution.
• Assist with sponsor activations and ensure brand compliance in partner materials.

Administrative & Day-to-Day Marketing Tasks
• Maintain project management tools and keep campaign calendars up to date.
• Track usage of assets and coordinate distribution to internal and external partners.
• Support reporting on campaign performance (basic data pulls, engagement summaries).
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and recap reports.

Website Administration
· Serve as primary administrator for the BC Lions website.
· Update and maintain webpages, ensuring content is current, accurate, and on-brand.
· Post news articles, game recaps, event details, and promotional content.
· Monitor website performance and user experience, flagging issues to internal stakeholders or
 external developers.
· Optimize content for SEO and accessibility best practices.
