We’re looking for a performance-driven marketer who lives at the intersection of automation, creativity, and revenue generation.

You are someone who knows how to build, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end — from drafting high-converting emails to scheduling and managing digital ads, creating automated fan journeys, and reporting on what actually drives ticket sales.

You don’t just execute — you think like a marketer. You understand urgency, timing, and audience behavior. You know how to create FOMO, drive action, and turn casual interest into ticket purchases.

You’ll play a key role in how we connect with fans — delivering campaigns that are timely, targeted, and impossible to ignore.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Execution & Ownership

  • Build and execute marketing campaigns across email, automation, and paid media
  • Schedule, launch, and manage campaigns across Braze, Meta, TikTok and Google
  • Own campaign timelines — ensuring the right message hits at the right moment to drive urgency and conversion
Marketing Automation & Journeys

  • Design and optimize automated fan journeys (onboarding, purchase, re-engagement, game countdowns)
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging to maximize engagement and ticket sales
  • Continuously test and refine journeys to improve performance
Email Marketing

  • Write, build, and schedule high-performing email campaigns that are punchy, timely, and conversion-focused
  • Develop email strategies that create urgency, exclusivity, and FOMO
  • A/B test subject lines, content, and send timing to drive results
Digital Advertising

  • Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google & TikTok
  • Manage budgets, targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization
  • Align ad creative and messaging with broader campaign strategy
Performance & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across channels
  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on results — not assumptions
Creative & Content Development

  • Collaborate on and contribute to campaign creative (email, ads, landing pages)
  • Ensure all content is scroll-stopping, on-brand, and conversion-focused
Website Optimization

  • Support campaign landing pages and web experiences to improve conversion
  • Ensure alignment between ads, email, and on-site messaging
  • Be able to update webpages when needed
What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or performance marketing
  • Proven experience building and executing campaigns across email, paid media, and automation platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Braze (preferred) or similar platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong experience managing Meta and Google ad campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns based on data
  • Excellent copywriting skills — especially in short-form, high-impact marketing (email, ads, CTAs)
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and conversion strategy
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment with multiple deadlines
Bonus

  • Experience in sports, entertainment, or live events marketing
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, CRM integrations, or data platforms
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Contentful or similar)
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate content and testing workflows
