The BC Lions are looking for new Game Day Operations Crew Members. Operations Crew members are an integral part of the BC Lions game day experience. The Operations crew will work BC Lions home games at BC Place Stadium. Applicants must be available for a minimum of 6 home games over the 2026 BC Lions season. COMPENSATION
$25 Per hour
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the full setup and teardown of large BC Lions equipment
- Including but not limited to:
- Sideline pageantry
- Endzone pageantry
- Team bench signage
- VOM banners
- A-Frame Signage
- Seat Covers
- Seat Banners
- Wall of Fame Banners
- Goal Post Signage
- During game, be on call near the sideline for repair of any damaged or fallen banners, signage or pageantry
- Set up and Teardown of pregame plaza party
- Occasionally liaising with vendors and helping operate activations on the concourse
- Occasionally assisting with on field activations as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Enthusiastic interest in football, CFL and the BC Lions
- Good work ethic
- Proactive attitude and a self-starter
- Able to take direction well and finish the job asked of them
- Adaptability to changes in tasks
- Availability and willingness to make BC Lions Operations a priority
- Professional and confident
- Previous experience in the professional sports an asset
- Previous equipment or construction work an asset
- Sport Management degree or relevant qualifications is an asset
