OVERVIEW:
The Account Executive, Premium Sales and Experience, is responsible for the long-term retention of BC Lions premium members & clients and providing first-class service, while also generating new revenue through upgrades & add-ons, referrals, and outbound prospecting. Reporting to the Manager of Premium and Partnerships, this role will work with the Manager to build relationships that lead to member retention & satisfaction for all Premium Club and Suite accounts. This role will also have a direct responsibility for uncovering new sales opportunities for all new Premium seating products, including Private Suites, Tunnel Club, Terrace Club, Edgewater Lounge, Sideline Field Seating, and more.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to excel in a client facing capacity, working with both premium and corporate accounts daily – while also thriving in their role of prospecting, networking, and closing new business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned Premium accounts and Single Game clients, through personalized communication, tailored experiences, and proactive engagement.
· Sell a full menu of ticket products for the BC Lions including, but not limited to, Premium hospitality, full and partial membership ticket packages, and group outings. This position will have a focus on selling the new Tunnel Club, Terrace Club and Edgewater Lounge spaces in 2026.
· The candidate will be responsible for prospecting, appointment setting, executing sales presentations in a face-to-face & virtual format, and closing high-level sales. They will be held accountable for weekly and monthly levels of activity, appointment goals, and closed sales goals.
· Accurately records all sales activity and client interactions within Salesforce CRM system
· Must know how to navigate SMB’s & larger corporations, while also being able to prospect, meet, and converse with high-net-worth individuals.
· Entertain and nurture relationships with members, clients, and prospects through creative means, including but not limited to outside meetings, networking events, & one-on-one dinners/lunches.
· This position will be responsible for leading the Gameday service efforts for our Suite members/single game rentals and will be the key contact for the Catering, Hospitality, and Events teams on Gameday.
· Premium Team members are expected to be an essential part of the event experience in all premium areas during events and games and will help build memories to last a lifetime for our members and guests.
· Due to the nature of this role, the candidate must be willing to work non-traditional hours, evenings, and weekends.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Prior experience in the sports industry is preferred (ticket sales, partnerships, client service).
· Previous experience in a client or customer facing role.
· B2B Sales experience a plus.
· Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate with C-Level executives.
· Professional written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce CRM, and Ticketmaster Archtics is preferred.
· Desire to work in sports, team-first mentality, and ability to bring a positive attitude to every task.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
· Base salary for this position is $36,000 - 45,000, with opportunity for bonus & commission.
