Founded in 1959, the Buffalo Bills are one of the most storied franchises in the National Football League (NFL). The Bills have consecutively participated in the postseason for the last seven year, as well as won two American Football League (AFL) Championships (1964-1965), and an NFL record four straight AFC Championships (1990-1993) that included four trips to the Super Bowl. POSITION SUMMARY

The Buffalo Bills are looking for qualified candidates for our Mobile Ticketing Team. This position will focus on resolving mobile ticketing questions and concerns during all Buffalo Bills home games and ticketed events. Candidates will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to our guests at Highmark Stadium. Positions are paid $18.00 per hour. This role requires shifts on weekends, evenings and holidays.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for troubleshooting mobile ticketing at the gates on game days and special events
  • Assist Guest Service with gate entry and ticket scanning devices
  • Resolve customer complaints, questions and inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of policies, rules, and regulations at Highmark Stadium
  • Understand and adhere to employee policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a GED or high school diploma
  • Current pursuit of or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sport Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Must be available to work all Buffalo Bills home games at Highmark Stadium and a variety of shifts at special events including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work primarily outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
  • Strong computer skills and tech-savvy
  • Effective communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Resolve customer concerns in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving skills
  • Punctuality and reliability

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Remaining in stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • Working in outdoor elements that include high temperatures, low temperatures, wind, rain, and snow
  • Working in a noisy environment
  • Movements that include bending, kneeling, squatting, throwing, pushing, pulling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

COMPENSATION: 

This role pays $18.00 an hour.
