Job Description Overview
The Buffalo Bills are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director/Director of Corporate Partnerships to drive revenue growth through innovative marketing partnerships with regional, national, and international brands. This individual will play a key role in identifying, pitching, and securing new business opportunities that align with the Bills’ brand and business objectives.
 
Primary Responsibilities 
- Lead the ideation and strategic development of innovative, results-driven partnerships by engaging brand decision-makers and aligning their objectives with the full spectrum of Buffalo Bills assets.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and revenue targets as set by team leadership.
- Proactively prospect primarily U.S. and Canada-based companies, identifying qualified leads and engaging executive-level decision-makers to secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain and report weekly sales and prospecting activity to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with the Partnership Solutions and Partnership Marketing teams to align proposals to prospective partners’ goals, identifying the most relevant Bills platforms and assets.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to customize and activate partnership opportunities that deliver measurable value.
- Attend home games and team events to host and build relationships with key decision-makers and prospective partners.
- Identify and pursue open and emerging business categories to expand the team’s partnership portfolio.
- Utilize CRM/KORE platform to maintain detailed records, planning notes and account history.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Corporate Partnerships team.
- Travel as required (up to 15%).
 
Requirements
- Title may be designated as Senior Director or Director based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership acumen.
- Proven track record of selling sponsorships on team property level and driving meaningful new partnership agreements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience in professional sports or other related sponsorship sales.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in deadline-driven environment.
- Experience developing engaging and impactful sales plans and presentations, promotional campaigns, proposals and associated contract negotiations.
- Must bring a love of solving strategic business challenges with creative solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be timely and have a flexible work schedule to deal effectively with special event responsibilities throughout the year: weekends, nights and holidays as dictated by events or requirements.
- Thrive in a fast-paced workplace where managing multiple projects is critical to success.

Compensation:
- The salary range for this role will be between a base of $110,000 - $170,000 plus commission. Please note, salary will be based on the successful candidate’s experience, qualifications and internal team equity.
