POSITION SUMMARY:

An ideal candidate for the Member Experience Seasonal Associate position should have a passion for helping create lifelong memories for Buffalo Bills Season Ticket Members. The role will focus primarily on customer service and retention. This role will grant you exposure to our Season Ticket accounts, while also handling general day-to-day customer service responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help the Club & Member Experience teams manage positive client relationships with Season Ticket Member accounts through outbound calls, emails/letters and in person visits during games and events.
• Serve as the main point of contact for our Club Member VIP tent at Training Camp. Must be available to stay at St. John Fisher University for the duration of Training Camp.
• Coordinate registration and giveaways for Season Ticket Members at Training Camp.
• Assist with Season Ticket Member events.
• Package and distribute game day giveaways prior to each home game.
• Responsible for keeping inventory of autographed merchandise and gifts.
• Help the Club & Member Experience teams with payments, mailings, and special events. 
• Assist with the selection and mailing of Club Member holiday gift.
• Assist with game-week stadium work-order checks.
• Serve as an extension of our Customer Experience team in answering calls/emails from customers. Respond and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Process and fulfill ticket orders and invoice payments as needed.
• Maintain detailed records and data using Archtics and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and gamedays as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Working in outdoor elements that include high temperatures, low temperatures, wind, rain, and snow.
• In carrying out your responsibilities, you will be asked to complete physical tasks such as carrying boxes up to 40 pounds around the stadium to drop off Club giveaways.

The salary for this position is $17.50/hour.  The expected duration is April 2026 - February 2027
