POSITION SUMMARY:
The Buffalo Bills Brand Marketing Associate will assist the brand management team with a variety of marketing initiatives tied to the NFL season, including creative branding, youth marketing and influencer marketing. This role supports fan engagement programs, gameday initiatives and other key events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the marketing team with a variety of programs and initiatives spanning youth, brand, creative and fan engagement.
- Verticals include cause marketing, influencer marketing, brand management, Canadian strategy marketing and youth marketing
- Own a variety of fan-facing projects from start to finish, working cross-functionally with other teams and departments to get programs launched.
- Work closely with a marketing manager to oversee internal programs such as Mini Mafia and Bills Backers network.
- Aid in publishing annual Team Yearbook, including collecting and editing content.
- Assist the alumni manager to lead Legends efforts on game days and at community events.
- Run and manage marketing and partnership sweepstakes, including writing rules and managing and shipping prize inventory.
- Provide analytic support to recap marketing campaigns, capturing digital engagement and storytelling elements.
- Assist the marketing team with gameday responsibilities as needed.
- Provide administrative support across the marketing department.
- All other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Administration or related program
- Must be creative and not afraid to speak up in meetings with ideas and solutions
- Strong attention to detail, grammar and proofreading skills
- Must love sports and be able to think like a fan
- Maintain the upmost confidentiality when working on sensitive projects
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work effectively under pressure and be able to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be dependable, willing to take initiative and be flexible
- Possess strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with the ability to learn other applicable computer software.
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must be able to work game days, including evenings and weekends as scheduled in all types of weather
- Remaining in stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Working in outdoor elements that include high temperatures, low temperatures, wind, rain and snow
- Working in a noisy environment
- Movements that include bending, kneeling, squatting, throwing, pushing, pulling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this position is $17.50/hour. The expected duration is May 2026 – February 2027.
