POSITION SUMMARY:
The Corporate Partnership Seasonal Associate is primarily responsible for aiding both the partnership and business operations staff in the fulfillment of all sponsorship assets, game day activations, hospitality management, data input and daily office responsibilities..
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aid activation staff in ensuring sponsorship contractual elements are fulfilled, assist in the creation of annual action plans and recaps, new business proposals, brainstorms, creative requests, and proof of performance inventory.
- Aid business operations staff with hospitality management, donation requests, gifting inventory, data input and travel planning.
- Help to lead group of game day interns by preparing staffing plans, production notes, signage and photo tracking documents and key contact lists.
- Coordinate corporate partner relationships by executing partner marketing and sponsorship elements, including but not limited to radio and TV advertising, print, digital and social media integrations, permanent and digital signage, pre-game and in-game promotions, special events, partner trips, community events, autographed items, appearances/promotions, etc.
- Conduct and summarize industry research, trends, and best practices to help garner new business ideas.
- Attend events off-site that require team mascot and/or player coordination.
- Organize and fulfill prizing for partner sweepstakes throughout the season.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong desire to pursue a career in sports partnerships.
- Availability to work all Buffalo Bills preseason and regular season games.

- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Working in outdoor elements that include high temperatures, low temperatures, wind, rain, and snow.
- Working in a noisy environment.
- Movements include bending, kneeling, squatting, throwing, pushing, and pulling.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Recent college graduate or currently obtaining a graduate degree.
- Major or minor in a business, marketing, or sports management related field.
- Knowledge in KORE and/or Trak Software platforms a plus.
The salary for this position is $17.50/hour. The expected duration is June 2026 - February 2027
