Summary
The Buffalo Bills are seeking a Manager of Corporate Partnership Marketing to be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and daily management of sponsorship agreements, ensuring all deliverables align with and achieve partner goals. The Manager of Corporate Partnership Marketing serves as the primary liaison between assigned partners and the Buffalo Bills organization, working cross-functionally to execute high-impact marketing initiatives, events, and activations. The Manager of Corporate Partnership Marketing is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, tracking performance, managing budgets, and driving renewal and upsell opportunities. The Manager of Corporate Partnership Marketing reports directly to the Senior Director of Corporate Partnership Marketing, ensuring seamless integration of sponsor assets across all relevant channels while delivering exceptional value to both partners and the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between assigned partners and the Buffalo Bills organization, overseeing the facilitation and execution of sponsorship agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners through collaboration and consistent communication.
- Assist in the development of creating compelling partnership proposals and presentation materials tailored specific to partner KPI’s.
- Lead the strategy, planning, execution and day-to-day management of assigned account assets; including, digital marketing, television broadcast, radio and hospitality.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance through data and generate detailed reporting on sponsorship execution, including affidavits, photographs, and program summaries.
- Lead the planning, logistics, and execution of corporate-related events and activations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal departments to ensure successful implementation and alignment for partnership initiatives .
- Proactively manage the renewal & upsell process for existing sponsorship agreements
- Coordinate with internal departments to properly execute contractual marketing assets received by partners.
- Manage and track expenses and budgets related to the execution of sponsorship agreements.
- Facilitate and maintain ongoing client engagement through tailored touchpoints, meetings, conference calls, and written updates.
- Maintain thorough communication with Senior Director of Corporate Partnership Marketing regarding all partner related activity.
- Utilize CRM/KORE platform to maintain detailed records, planning notes and account history.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Corporate Partnerships team.
- Travel as required (up to 15%).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Sports Management preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in partnership marketing, sponsorships or brand marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects effectively with attention to detail.
- Create clear and concise written materials and present information effectively.
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and solve problems effectively.
- Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and key stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to support and elevate colleagues.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Remaining in stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Working in outdoor elements that include high temperatures, low temperatures, wind, rain, and snow
- Working in a noisy environment
- Movements that include bending, kneeling, squatting, throwing, pushing, pulling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION:
- The salary range for this role will be between $65,000 - $75,000 plus variable pay. Salary will be based on the level role offered in accordance with candidate’s experience, qualifications and internal team equity.
