Guest Experience Uniform Room Assistant
Guest Experience Check-in and Uniform Room Team Members provide support to fellow Team Members to ensure they are prepared for events and game day at Highmark Stadium. This role provides a welcoming environment for all Guest Experience Team Members and ensures staff are properly outfitted and prepared with resources for scheduled deployments. As part of the role, Check-In & Uniform Room Team Members provide Guest Experience Team Members with an efficient and positive experience from start to finish.
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:
- Greet fellow Team Members in a friendly manner and create a welcoming environment.
- Check-in Team Members as they arrive and communicate their scheduled deployment locations.
- Distribute uniforms, radios, iPads, and additional supplies and resources as required for scheduled deployments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the check-in and uniform room, as well as storage areas.
- Ensure resources and supplies are accurately inventoried following each event.
- Monitor inventory and report any issues, damages, shortages, etc.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Note – based on the Guest Experience event schedule and staff need, Check-In and Uniform Room Team Members may be tasked with filling in for various roles throughout the stadium including but not limited to Elevator Operator, Ticket Greeter, Guest Experience Ambassador etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong verbal and/or non-verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, engaging, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Quick learner: ability to adapt to different situations.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older and successfully pass a background check.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to understand and utilize technology, including, but not limited to iPads, iPhones, Ticket Scanners, Laptops & Radios
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to be stationary and/or move around the Uniform Room for up to 6 hours at a time to assist Team Members.
- Ability to navigate large venue spaces
JOB EXPECTATIONS:
- Attend mandatory training classes, all Buffalo Bills home games and additional events as required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from Highmark Stadium.
- Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays when required.
COMPENSATION: this role pays $18.50 per hour.
