SUMMARY

The Guest Experience Premium Ambassador position delivers an elevated and personalized experience to guests within the stadium’s exclusive premium spaces (clubs & suites). As part of the role, Premium Ambassadors serve as a welcoming presence and trusted resource to all guests and stadium staff. Premium Ambassadors anticipate guest needs while ensuring a safe, clean, comfortable environment and overall premium experience at Highmark Stadium.

 

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:

  • Greet all guests and deliver a warm and welcoming experience from start to finish.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance overall experience.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for guests in assigned premium spaces.
  • Provide accurate information towards stadium amenities, premium offerings, game/event experiences and programs.
  • Assist in wayfinding to seating areas, concessions, restrooms, and unique stadium landmarks using provided resources.
  • Promote and share information about Fan Experience programs offered in the stadium.
  • Monitor assigned areas for cleanliness and safety, reporting necessary items to Event Command.
  • Distribute giveaway & promotional items to guests as directed.
  • Resolve guests concerns and situations effectively in conjunction with Stadium Security and Guest Experience Supervisors.
  • Assist guests with lost & found item inquiries and claims.
  • Assist guests with accessible service transportation communication, demonstrating a clear understanding of services provided.
  • Exercise professionalism and discretion at all times when working with VIPs, high-profile clients and Premium Partners.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong verbal and/or non-verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, personable, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Quick learner: ability to adapt to different situations.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older and successfully pass a background check.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Prior customer service or hospitality experience
  • Ability to understand and utilize technology, including, but not limited to iPads, iPhones, Ticket Scanner, Laptops & Radios

 

PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to walk long distances, climb stairs, and stand for 6 hours or more.
  • Ability to be outdoors in all weather conditions for 6 hours or more.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-noise environment
  • Ability to verbally communicate with fans, staff, and partners.
  • Ability to navigate large venue spaces

 

JOB EXPECTATIONS:

  • Attend mandatory training classes, all Buffalo Bills home games and additional events as required.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from Highmark Stadium.
  • This role is part time and must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays when required.

 

COMPENSATION: 

This role pays $18.00 an hour.
