POSITION SUMMARY:

The Buffalo Bills are seeking outgoing and enthusiastic individuals to represent our brand as a part of the Buffalo Bills Promotions Team (Shout Squad). These individuals will play an essential role in enhancing the fan experience and providing top tier entertainment for fans on gameday at Highmark Stadium. Whether it is assisting with pregame activations, energizing fans in the park lots, or collaborating on in-game promotional elements, your contributions will be pivotal in creating unforgettable experiences for Bills fans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the Events & Experience and Game Presentation Teams to ensure all fans have the best experience at Buffalo Bills games and events.
• Create high energy within Highmark Stadium, getting fans excited throughout the game, strengthening the relationship between the fans and the Buffalo Bills brand.
• Responsible for building energy on camera and in front of fans.
• Elevate NFL initiative-driven games through activations, prizing, hype moments, and performances as needed.
• Work with a team to execute all game day elements of the Buffalo Bills game presentation strategies.
• Take part in pre-game preparation, in-game implementation and post-game duties to effectively complete assigned tasks
• Participate in fan interactions with and without the team mascot.
• Serve as brand ambassador on behalf of the Buffalo Bills, representing the organization and their corporate partners in a positive manner, providing outstanding customer service and displaying excitement about the organization.
• Coordinate, assist, and elevate in bowl and concourse activations as needed.
• Assist with marketing, live events, watch parties, Mafia March, and other special events as needed.

POSITION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or higher required.
• This position must be able to make 9 Buffalo Bills home games (Schedule will be provided).
• Members of this team must have: an ongoing personality, over the top energy, a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, professionalism, strong communication skills, reliability, approachability and comfort taking part in interactive contests on and off camera and showcasing their personality in front of thousands of Bills fans
• Individual needs to be able to think critically and be an effective problem solver to troubleshoot and solve issues by using available resources.
• The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people as well as one-on-one.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work effectively under pressure, and able to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining a positive attitude
• This position must be available to report to Highmark Stadium 4 hours prior to kickoff.
• Must regularly lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Continuous use of hands and arms to reach, catch, handle, throw, or feel objects
• Working in outdoor elements that include high temperatures, low temperatures, wind, rain, and snow.
• Candidate must be willing to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and be willing to move around in large crowds.
• Working in a noisy environment.

The salary for this position is $16.00/hr. The expected duration is the 2026 NFL season.
