POSITION SUMMARY:
The CRM Analyst will work as a part of the Strategy and Analytics team and be responsible for the maintenance, innovation, and administration of the Buffalo Bills’ CRM system used across our revenue-generating departments. This person will work with Bills’ management, Accounting and Finance, Corporate Partnership Sales and Activation, Ticket Sales and Service, and Marketing teams to increase system adoption and identify / communicate key insights to drive revenue growth. This person will also assist in the creation of reports and ad-hoc analyses across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in CRM in the sports industry and experience doing in-depth data analysis and visualization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the subject matter expert and first line of support for the business processes and day-to-day operation of the CRM system, including but not limited to: system configuration, data entry, data cleansing, user management, support, and training
- Create and implement a CRM strategy, including system design, training, processes, updates to existing data, and coordination with other departments
- Keep a pulse on developments in the CRM space and bring new technologies and strategies to the table
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors to communicate, manage, and resolve data-related issues.
- Automate repetitive manual processes to increase organizational productivity
- Analyze and synthesize ticketing, CRM, sponsorship, and marketing data to provide data-driven recommendations for increasing revenue and/or efficiency
- Build high-quality lead lists and campaigns in the CRM utilizing our data warehouse
- Develop and maintain custom reports and visualizations to track sales, renewals, invoicing, sales pipelines, and other KPIs
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation around existing and new CRM-related processes
- Assist the Partnership team in managing inventory, rate cards, and other contractual components in our Dynamics and KORE environment
- Leverage user feedback to improve CRM interface and adoption
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on experience (2-3 years) in the administration of a CRM environment, ideally in the sports industry with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Two Circles
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, etc.) or commensurate years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience with utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to develop revenue-centric dashboard suites centered on clarity, accuracy, and accessibility
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- A strong grasp of SQL and a high-level understanding of database management and data warehousing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact collaboratively and efficiently with all levels of an organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; flexible and able to react quickly when requirements change
- Familiarity with the tools, vendors, and concepts common in the industry (e.g., Two Circles/KORE, Ticketmaster, Oracle Eloqua)
- Comfortable serving as a conduit to the Strategy and Analytics team (and values the importance of that reputational responsibility)
- Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed as well as the ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed
- Able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time and constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
- Able to lift or move items or boxes weighing up to 20lbs across the office or stadium and occasionally move about inside the office and/or stadium to access office machinery, meeting spaces and perform other duties as assigned

Compensation:
- The salary range for this role will be between $60,405.80 - $75.000. Please note, salary will be based on the successful candidate’s experience, qualifications and internal team equity.
