POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will assist the Corporate Partnerships department in a variety of ways, including but not limited to; planning and execution of all gameday sponsorship elements, on-site brand activations, on-field ceremonies, gate handouts, product samplings, hospitality experiences and helping with select special events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the Corporate Partnerships team to efficiently execute all partner activations and promotions.
• Take part in the set up and breakdown of partner signage around the stadium.
• Aide in stadium-wide giveaways and weekly suite fulfillment.
• Assist with the coordination of all corporate hospitality elements, specifically during pre-game.
• Coordinate with other departments on organizational and league initiatives as assigned.
• Promote a positive fan experience and work as a team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability to work all Buffalo Bills preseason, regular season, post-season games and select special events.
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and ethics, both professional and personal.
• Utilize superior communication skills.
• Be timely, punctual and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Be comfortable participating in on-camera promotions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
• Working in outdoor elements that include high temperatures, low temperatures, wind, rain, and snow.
• Working in a noisy environment.
• Movements include bending, kneeling, squatting, throwing, pushing, and pulling.

The salary for this position is $16.00/hour.  The expected duration is August 2026 – January 2027

This role is approximately 8 hours during each Bills home game.
