Job Description Overview
The Buffalo Bills are seeking a Coordinator of Media & Partnership Solutions to support radio and partnership sales efforts. The Coordinator of Media & Partnership Solutions serves as a liaison between both the Media Sales and Partnership teams, supporting radio ad trafficking, fulfilling radio agreements, sponsorship deck ideation and creation, and the development of partnership summaries. The Coordinator of Media & Partnership Solutions reports directly to the Director of Media Sales, with a direct line to the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships, ensuring seamless integration of partner and media assets across all relevant channels while delivering exceptional value to all partners and the organization
Primary Responsibilities:
- Media Sales
- Support radio sales efforts through the coordination and execution of integrated media assets.
- Manage radio advertising logistics including ad trafficking, scheduling, placement, and confirmation across team and affiliate radio networks.
- Coordinate the collection, review, and approval of radio ad copy, ensuring compliance with branding, broadcast standards, and contractual terms.
- Generate, process, and track radio and media agreements, including insertion orders, affidavits, and post‑campaign documentation.
- Lead the planning, logistics, and execution of media‑related events and activations.
- Track campaign deliverables and timelines to ensure on‑time fulfillment and adherence to partner agreements.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments to ensure successful implementation and alignment of media initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of media activity within CRM/KORE, including assets, timelines, and fulfillment notes.
- Assist with compiling recap materials, summaries, and internal reporting related to media initiatives.
- Partnership Sales
- Act as a liaison between Partnership Sales and Marketing to support sponsorship proposal development and execution.
- Assist in the creation of customized sales decks, presentations, and partnership summaries tailored to prospective partners.
- Support new partnership asset ideation and development, collaborating cross‑functionally to bring innovative sponsorship concepts to market.
- Support sales operations by organizing templates, materials, and historical assets to streamline the sales process.
- Maintain consistent communication with Media Sales and Corporate Partnerships leadership regarding campaign status and partner needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Corporate Partnerships team.
- Travel as required (up to 10%).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, Communications, or Sports Management preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in media, agency, partnership marketing, sponsorships, or brand marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects effectively with attention to detail.
- Create clear and concise written materials and present information effectively.
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and solve problems effectively.
- Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and key stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to support and elevate colleagues.
Physical Requirements
- Remaining in a station position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-environment.
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Compensation
- The role is non-exempt and the anticipated annual salary between $55,000 - $60,000. Salary will be based on the level role offered in accordance with candidate’s experience, qualifications and internal team equity.
