Summary

The Buffalo Bills are looking for a Club and Member Experience Training Camp intern. The ideal candidate must be a personable team player that has a passion for helping create lifelong memories for Buffalo Bills Season Ticket Members. Must have the ability to work weekdays, evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the VIP tent for Club and Premium Members is set up each day with ticket scanners, credentials and gifts.
• Register and greet all attendees in the VIP tent giving them an explanation of what is included with their VIP training camp experience.
• Assist the Club and Premium Experience teams in creating and maintaining positive client relationships with Members.
• Work collaboratively with other departments in the set up and breakdown of Training Camp.
• Inventory credentials and giveaway items throughout camp.
• Represent the Club and Premium Experience department at on site meetings with other Training Camp interns
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to stay at St. John Fisher for the duration of training camp
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Must work well in a group setting as a team player

Physical Requirements

• Working in outdoor elements that include high temperatures, wind, and rain
• In carrying out your responsibilities, you will be asked to complete physical tasks such as setting up barricades, teardrop banners, signage, etc.
• Carrying boxes up to 40 pounds around camp to drop off Club giveaways

Compensation

This role pays $16.00 an hour.
