POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Analytics Seasonal Associate will work as a part of the Business Strategy & Analytics team to support the Buffalo Bills by performing quantitative and strategic analyses across multiple departments. This role will use a combination of technical skills, problem solving, and critical thinking to deliver actionable insights directly to departments through collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data from various sources. The Seasonal Associate will interact regularly with Buffalo Bills management and the Corporate Partnerships, Ticket Sales and Services, Marketing Brand and Content, Stadium Events and Operations, and Accounting and Finance teams to address respective business needs as well as interact with several technology and service vendors. They will leverage the CRM system and data warehouse and drive the adoption of data into all aspects of decision making. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assess the impact of ticketing efforts, summarizing key insights and communicating relevant learnings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
  • Assist in CRM administrative tasks and identify areas for improvement and automation
  • Build and maintain Tableau reports and analyses using various data sources
  • Utilize data to develop predictive models to be used for ticketing, corporate partnerships, marketing, and other business applications
  • Assist with marketing automation efforts for email and digital advertising campaigns
  • Work with Content Marketing team to analyze and report on all digital marketing efforts
  • Develop standardized SQL queries to pull automated reports from data warehouse
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as necessary

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science or another quantitative field
  • Strong knowledge of regression analysis & other statistical tools/techniques preferred (R, Python, etc.)
  • Previous experience working with large data sets
  • Previous experience with SQL
  • Previous experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The salary for this position is $17.50/hour. The expected duration is Mid-June 2026 to Mid-April 2027 (10 months)
