SUMMARY:
The Buffalo Bills are looking to hire new Account Executives to the Ticket services team. These roles are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Club, Premium and Member experience by providing a high level of service and positive touchpoints..
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, grow and manage positive client relationships with assigned accounts through proactive communication - outbound calls, personalized emails/letters and in person visits during games and events.
- Manage and execute the renewal and retention of assigned accounts to achieve renewal revenue and touchpoint goals.
- Manage the service needs of assigned accounts in a timely and professional manner. Respond and resolve customer complaints, inquiries and requests.
- Provide day-to-day customer support, answering calls/e-mails from customers.
- Assist with planning and execution of Member events, gifting, benefits fulfillment and ticket presales.
- Process and fulfill ticket orders and invoice payments as needed.
- Assist with ticket operations and database management as needed.
- Maintain detailed records and data using Archtics and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in sports management, business administration or related field.
- One to three years prior work experience in sports or entertainment is preferred
- Archtics and Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience and knowledge a plus.
- Detail oriented, organized, motivated and strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Availability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
- Ability to react and respond to immediate needs while managing day-to-day activities
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Working in outdoor elements that include high temperatures, low temperatures, wind, rain, and snow.
- Remaining in stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Working in a noisy environment
- Movements that include bending, kneeling, squatting, throwing, pushing, pulling

COMPENSATION:
- The salary range for this role will be between $49,920 - $64,480 plus variable pay. Salary will be based on the level role offered in accordance with candidate’s experience, qualifications and internal team equity.
