The Buffalo Bills Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic individual to promote its 50/50 Raffle program at Buffalo Bills home games.  This role involves supporting and growing the 50/50 Raffle initiative at each home game.  Game Day Staff will educate and assist 50/50 volunteers throughout Highmark Stadium from prior to parking lots opening until the game ends, offering a great opportunity for those who thrive in a game day atmosphere. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Represent the Buffalo Bills and the Buffalo Bills Foundation positively and professionally, delivering exceptional customer service to volunteers and fans.
• Arrive at Highmark Stadium up to two (2) hours before parking lots open on game day (arrival time may vary)
• Engage, motivate and assist 50/50 volunteers in selling 50/50 Raffle tickets either at assigned kiosks or while roaming designated areas.
• Educate volunteers on the handheld devices used for distributing 50/50 raffle tickets
• Communicate the details of the 50/50 raffle clearly (including draw times, winning number locations, and website information)
• Address and resolve any troubleshooting issues, supply needs, location assignments, and equipment concerns.
• Commit to working a minimum of 10 games from August through January, with the possibility of postseason games

Qualifications and Experience:

• Professional demeanor and customer service oriented
• Strong work ethic, positive mindset, and quick learning capability
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey enthusiasm and passion for the 50/50 game day raffle.
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate all home games during the football season.

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to walk long distances, climb stairs, and stand for 6 hours or more.
• Ability to be outdoors in all weather conditions for 6 hours or more.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination necessary for tasks such as wrist banding, ticket scanning, etc.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-noise environment
• Ability to verbally communicate with fans, staff, and partners.
• Ability to navigate large venue spaces

Compensation:

This role pays $20 an hour.
