SUMMARY
The Coordinator, Community & Alumni Relations advances the Browns Give Back platform through alumni relations, community outreach, and event execution, creating meaningful engagement opportunities and positive impact across Ohio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager and organizational resource for Browns Alumni.
  • Maintain alumni communications, databases, and program administration, including ticket allocations and related assets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute alumni programs and events, including reunions, appearances, recognition initiatives, game-day experiences, and commemorative celebrations. Oversee related logistics such as travel, credentialing, hospitality, and vendor management.
  • Serve as the Browns liaison to the NFL Legends Program, and Hall of Fame.  
  • Prepare reports, impact summaries, attendance metrics, and stakeholder engagement analyses for alumni and community initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of Browns Give Back programs, community events, and engagement activities, ranging from ROS, staffing plans, volunteer coordination, project schedules, calendars, and operational resources to ensure successful program execution.
  • Coordinate assigned NFL cause marketing initiatives, including Salute to Service, Inspire Change, and other league-wide campaigns.
  • Identify storytelling opportunities, monitor current events, and support initiatives that strengthen community engagement and organizational impact.
  • Collaborate on website and social media content to ensure consistent, aligned Browns Give Back messaging.
  • Support community sponsorship activation processes, including ticket fulfillment and execution of associated community elements.
  • Facilitate the in-kind donation program, including request fulfillment, inventory tracking, replenishment, and impact measurement.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Partnerships and internal departments to align community initiatives, develop content, and maximize impact across digital, social, web, and in-person platforms.
  • Assist with departmental budget planning, inventory management, and the identification of grant funding opportunities, including NFL Foundation initiatives.
  • Support the Community Relations Seasonal Intern through recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement in impactful projects and community initiatives.
  • Support departmental objectives, policies, procedures, and other duties as assigned.
 
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a positive representative of the Cleveland Browns organization.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience planning and executing events, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days as needed.
