Summary Description
The Cleveland Browns Foundation seeks a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individual to support both the Foundation's core work and the broader Browns Give Back (BGB) marketing and communications strategy. Much of the role will focus on marketing, communications, and storytelling efforts for the Cleveland Browns Foundation and the Stay in the Game! Attendance Network, including multichannel content development, campaign execution, and day-to-day communications support. The secondary aspect of the role will contribute to Browns Give Back's overall marketing and communications initiatives, collaborating across departments to strengthen community impact storytelling and ensure alignment with the organization's broader brand and community engagement strategy. The position also supports ongoing team, operational, and event related needs.
The ideal candidate has experience in communications and marketing.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Browns Foundation:
- Assist with development and execution of marketing and communications strategy for the Stay in the Game! Attendance Network and other Cleveland Browns Foundation initiatives.
- Develop campaign materials, digital resources, and multichannel content (web, social, newsletters, presentations, printed collateral) to support SITG! districts, effectively reach key audiences and showcase the Foundation's impact.
- Manage the Foundation's social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
- Proactively identify story ideas and create high quality content that highlights the Foundation's community impact.
- Coordinate Foundation related gameday activations, including stadium features, scoreboard mentions, PA announcements, and community guest engagement.
- Provide administrative support for Foundation operations and event planning as needed.
Browns Give Back:
- Support Browns Give Back's broader marketing and communications strategy by assisting with cross departmental to ensure consistency.
- Contribute to aligned messaging and campaign execution across all BGB program areas.
- Provide general marketing, communications, and administrative support to ensure cohesive delivery of BGB-wide initiatives.

- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience working in the sports and entertainment industry is a plus
Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines
- Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in marketing, communications, nonprofit administration or related field
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications or similar field
